A successful track record of growing market revenue share with a proven record of developing and positioning strategic plans, which have resulted in increased sales and profitability. Must be a proven leader who is able to build a strong team and alliances. Must possess excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation) with the ability to influence clients, peers and other appropriate audiences. Strong managerial skills (selecting and developing talent, coaching, and teambuilding) and the confidence to challenge the status quo in a professional manner are essential.
